This website offers Yasmina smart speakers and related digital services. 1.2. All prices are in AED and include VAT, where applicable. 1.3. Yasmina reserves the right to update offers, prices, or product information at any time without prior notice. ⸻ 2. Orders & Payments 2.1. Orders are placed through Get-Yasmina.ae and processed by Dexiconn. 2.2. All payments must be made by credit or debit card through the secure payment gateway. 2.3. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. 2.4. Dexiconn reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or incorrect pricing. ⸻ 3. Delivery & Returns 3.1. Deliveries are fulfilled by Dexiconn within the United Arab Emirates, typically within 2–5 business days. 3.2. Returns: You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging. 3.3. Please report any damaged or defective items within 7 days of receipt by contacting: support@get-yasmina.ae 3.4. If delivery/operation services can't contact the customer for the order confirmation within 14 days of dispatch, goods will be returned and the refund will be issued (with deduction of applied additional costs). ⸻ 4. Warranty 4.1. Each Yasmina device includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only. 4.1.1. This warranty does not cover: • Damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs, • Normal wear and tear, or • Damage caused by improper installation or handling. 4.2. To activate and use Yasmina’s full range of voice and entertainment features, you must have an active Yango Play subscription, as specified in the Yasmina product catalogue. ⸻ 6. Use of Website 6.1. You must be 18 years or older to make purchases on this website. 6.2. Any misuse, unauthorized reselling, or unlawful activity is strictly prohibited. 6.3.
