FAQ
Is Yasmina a smart speaker or a voice assistant?
It is both. The physical device is a smart speaker. The brain inside is the voice AI assistant that listens, understands, and replies.
How is Yasmina different from a normal Bluetooth speaker?
A Bluetooth speaker only plays sound from your phone. Yasmina can answer questions, set reminders, tell stories, recite Quran, control lights, and more by voice.
Do I need a subscription for basic voice commands?
You can use simple things like alarms and basic questions without a subscription. For full features like most music, stories, and some Islamic content, you need an active subscription.
Can Yasmina help my kids with Quran and duas?
Yes. You can ask it to play Quran recitation, short surahs, and daily duas. You can also create a simple routine, for example every evening after Maghrib.
Is it safe for kids to talk to Yasmina?
It is designed for family use. You can place it in shared areas and guide kids on what to ask. You can also limit use to simple things like Quran, stories, and sleep sounds.
Do I need one device per room for my kids?
You can start with one device in a common room or kids’ room. If you want clear sound in more rooms, you can add extra devices later, for example Lite for small rooms.
Can Yasmina work without internet?
It needs internet for most smart features, like Quran search, stories, and questions. Simple speaker use with Bluetooth may work, but the voice assistant will be limited.
How do I use it for a kids’ bedtime Quran routine?
Set a daily reminder at a fixed time, for example 8 pm. Then ask it to play a chosen surah or playlist and low-volume sleep sounds. Repeat this so kids link that time with Quran and sleep.
